Program Description

Trainees will understand the day-to-day administration; support and ongoing enhancement of Menard, Inc’s network (LAN, WAN, Wireless) infrastructures and configuration and testing of multi-vendor network equipment.
Target Audience

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Networking or equivalent and individuals with technical backgrounds wanting to explore the networking field.
Program Content

Provide low-level network administration services; Monitoring the health of the overall network; Reporting problems and incidents as necessary; Participate in the configuration and installation of Network Architecture; Assist in first line of support for network infrastructure; Troubleshooting configuration issues involving software conflicts, hardware problems, network protocols (TCP/IP).

System Requirements

A laptop or computer with a web camera, headphones with a microphone, and WiFi with a good connection. Our primary collaboration tool is Microsoft Teams. As the interaction progresses, other tools such as Zoom and Google Meet could be deployed by Host Companies as a redirect link in Microsoft Teams platform.
